SeeMore Putter Company SB1w Black Mallet Putter

The SeeMore Putter Company designs and manufactures some of the very best flat sticks on today's market, and that says a lot given the design innovations of today's modern golf game. We at LondonOntarioGolf.com gave top marks to a previous SeeMore Putter model, the m3W Series. This month, we test the best full-size mallet putter to ever cross our desk: SeeMore's new SB1 Black Mallet Putter.

We tested the SB1w model with SeeMore's proprietary offset shaft - the Whistle shaft, defined by a simple bend in the shaft which maintains the alignment and performance integrity of SeeMore's famous RifleScope Technology. What the RifleScope feature does is provide a visible gun sight on the top line, allowing the golfer to set up the putter perfectly and consistently in relation to the intended target line. Simply line up the black bottom portion of the shaft between two white lines and covering a signature red dot on the heel of the top line, and putting is a breeze, thanks to SeeMore. It's like locking radar onto a target.

Regular readers at LondonOntarioGolf.com know that I am a blade putter man, but the m3W from SeeMore Putter Company made me a big believer in the semi-mallet. Now, again thanks to SeeMore, I am (for the first time) a fan of the full-size mallet. Thanks to SeeMore's innovation, putting with a pendulum-style (inside to square to inside) - crucial to playing with a full-size mallet putter - is a cinch.

The new black satin SB1 and SB1w large mallet putters are 100% milled from 6061 aerospace aluminum. Feedback and feel from this club, which features a perfectly grooved face offering solid yet soft feel, is without flaw.

The SB1 standard head weight of 334g is available in custom weighting options, available with every sB1 as an after-market or custom-fit option, allowing increased weight of up to 24g. Each SB1 has a unique serial number milled into the sole. It's available in RH and LH, plus belly and long models. MSRP: $225.
